Biography

Michelle Panozo, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every visit. Her interest in medicine began early, sparked by a high school anatomy class that introduced her to the complexity of the human body and the wide range of conditions that affect it. That early curiosity grew through her studies in neuroscience and ultimately led her to pursue the Physician Assistant path, motivated by a desire to improve access to care and build meaningful connections with patients.

Michelle was drawn to family medicine for its breadth and continuity of care. She values the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients, care for individuals beyond a single diagnosis, and support people through all stages of health, from preventive visits to acute concerns and follow-up care. She believes family medicine allows providers to truly know their patients as people, not just as medical charts, and to serve as a trusted first point of care.

In her clinical practice, Michelle emphasizes individualized, thoughtful care and strives to ensure that every patient feels heard, supported, and actively involved in decisions about their health. Her approach aligns with Annandale’s commitment to comprehensive healthcare and caring for the whole person.

Outside of medicine, Michelle enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Archie, Benji, and Bella, trying new restaurants (especially sushi), baking, and reading psychological thrillers. She is also passionate about animal welfare and hopes to continue supporting rescue and adoption efforts within the community.
